Booking and cancellation policy

Shard Boutique Hotel is an Adults Only establishment and reserves the right to select its clientele.

Once check-in has been completed, the stay is non-refundable.
If a guest cannot arrive on the reserved date, the stay may be rescheduled if notified at least 7 days before arrival.
Rescheduling is confirmed based on hotel availability.

Payment policy

Payments can be made:

  • online via bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.);

  • with holiday cards (Sodexo, Edenred, Up România);

  • in cash at the reception.

Payment data are securely processed through 5stardesk, in compliance with PCI-DSS international standards.

Minors

Shard Boutique Hotel is an Adults Only hotel, intended exclusively for guests over 18 years of age.
We do not accept bookings or stays for minors.
